Return:
To initiate the return procedure, the product must be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment (the only exception for extending the return period is the earlier submission of the completed return form by mail to the office address within 14 days of receiving the order). The product must not show any signs of use and must not have the tag removed. The cost of returning the package is covered by the customer.
The package must include a correctly filled out return form, which can be downloaded from this page.
The refund covers the price of the product and the cheapest possible form of delivery.
If an invoice was included with the order, a correction will be issued to it, which should be signed and returned to the office by email or to the address provided above.
The time to request a refund transfer is 14 days from the moment the package is delivered to our office.
