Gift Card Terms and Conditions

§ 1 General Provisions

1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using Gift Cards issued by WHOSE SP. Z O. O., located at al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw, registered in the business register under KRS number 0001090549.
2. The Gift Card is a bearer document that entitles its holder to purchase goods or services offered by WHOSE SP. Z O. O.
3. The purchase and use of the Gift Card signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Buyer and the User of the Card.

§ 2 Issuance and Validity of the Gift Card

1. The Gift Card can be purchased in the online store (whosethatbag.com).
2. The Gift Card is available in denominations ranging from 50 PLN to 1000 PLN, or an amount specified individually by the Buyer (the minimum amount is 50 PLN, and the maximum amount is 1000 PLN).
3. The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, unused funds are forfeited.

§ 3 Rules for Using the Gift Card

1. The Gift Card may only be used for purchases in the online store.
2. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or other payment methods.
3. The value of the Gift Card is reduced by the amount of the purchases made. If the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid with another accepted payment method.
4. The Gift Card can be used multiple times until the available balance is depleted.

§ 4 Liability and Limitations

1. WHOSE SP. Z O. O. is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of the Gift Card after it has been issued to the Buyer.
2. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
3. In case of technical problems related to the redemption of the Gift Card, the User should report them to the customer service department via email at contact@whosethatbag.com.

§ 5 Complaints

1. Complaints regarding Gift Cards can be submitted in writing to the address al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw or electronically to the email address contact@whosethatbag.com.
2. Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt. The User will be informed of the decision in the form in which the complaint was submitted.

§ 6 Final Provisions

1. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable Polish laws shall apply.
2. WHOSE SP. Z O. O. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, provided that such changes do not infringe the rights acquired by Gift Card Users.
